Guests staying in our Club Level Rooms enjoy free continental breakfast in our Club Lounge daily from 6:00am - 9:30am and evening hor d'oeuvres from 5:30pm - 8:00pm.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with valid identification to reserve and check into a room.
Cancellation Policy
Our standard cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to date of arrival, but please refer to the cancellation policy listed on your reservation as it can vary by rate plan. If a reservation is cancelled after the cancellation period, a penalty will be applied (please refer to the specific rate plan policies for the exact penalty amount).
Pet Policy
Dogs are allowed and a $50 non-refundable fee will apply. Pets may not be left in the guest room unattended and must be on a leash in public areas. Dogs may not be larger than 80 pounds and a pet waiver must be signed at check in. Our pet policy is exclusive to dogs. Also, guests with pets are required to stay on the first floor. Please contact the hotel directly for any additional information.
Smoking Policy
The Sheraton Dover Hotel is 100% smoke free. A $200 per day cleaning fee will be charged to the guest’s account should smoking occur anywhere inside the facility.
Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards, cash and travelers checks as valid forms of payment. No personal, business, or organization checks will be accepted at time of check in. Please call the hotel for any additional information regarding payment and payments with debit cards.
